U can’t go wrong with fried fish and mango pico.. until u put it in an uncooked tortilla and drop 2 oz of S.cream on it.

Interestingly enough, I’m also making fish tacos for dinner tonight. I made a nice pineapple tomatillo salsa and a cilantro avocado lime crema. Using cod, and this cilantro lime seasoning i found at the local market. Can’t wait. Will post pictures later.

I add sour cream, with a little bit of balsamic vinegar to my fish tacos. Soo good!!
